[tldoc] Two small patches for messages.pot

Hello,

while I was updating Russian translation for TLMGR I found that some strings
could be improved a bit.

The first is how paper sizes are referenced, a4 and letter. Not sure if
Wikipedia is authoritative enough source of information but according to this
page https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Paper_sizes it should be A4 and Letter.

The second, I think, is a typo: there is only one string that uses
'papersizes', in other places it is written as 'paper sizes'.

I attached two patches to make corresponding changes.
