texmfcnf.lua is broken for ConTeXt.

I suspect either mtxrun or texmfcnf.lua refuses to accept "/" as selfautoparent.

Since mtxrun of TexLive OS package is in /usr/bin, selfautodir should be /usr, and selfautoparent should be /.

selfautoparent is the parent directory of selfautodir.
