Ken committed the cygwin binaries yesterday, so they probably weren't
distributed around yet. I imagine they'll be at whatever pretest mirror
you're using later today or tomorrow.

No, I don't delete the old binaries; all the consistency checks would go
haywire. It doesn't seem bad to me to keep the existing binaries until
the new ones are in, anyway. Which, in practice, is pretty quickly.
