[tldoc] tlshell interface translation problem

Hi,

the string "About" in the Windows version of tlshell occurs in two 
places, in different contexts:
     a) in the "Help" menu meaning  "about tlshell"
     b) in the "64-bit Windows" menu meaning "about the 64-bit Windows 
binaries".

The nn.po files contain only one "About", so no context dependent 
translations are possible.
How about the second About being changed to "About Win-64" or some such?
