[tldoc] Two small patches for messages.pot

[Uwe Ziegenhagen]

POedit shows two errors in the German file that I can't make head or tail
of.

A4 => "this is the place of the first definition"

"Add %s/texmf-dist/doc/man to MANPATH.
Add %s/texmf-dist/doc/info to INFOPATH.
Most importantly, add %s/bin/%s
to your PATH for current and future sessions."

=> Multiple definition of the message.

Anybody got an idea how to solve this problem?
