[tldoc] Translating numbers

Hi,

I'm not sure if translating tlmgr supports translating different numbers or not.
But it would be nice to have support for numbers for the following string:

(At least %s further updates are available after tlmgr has been updated.)

for "one further update" vs. "5 further updates".
