[tldoc] Hello & help offered

Hello everyone,

I'm Marco, from Italy, a long time LaTeX user. First, I'd like to
thank you for that beautiful
work you did in making TeXLive for me and all the world.

Then, I can't see so many Italian translations of the TeXLive docs, so
I'd like to contribute
on it. I just offered an Italian translation of the setup-tl and the
tlmgr GUIs, which now are
part of the official distribution.

If you think I can be of help, please let me know. I would really like
to be a little useful
to the TeX community.
