Hi friends,

I'm very sorry beeing so late, but before translating into Polish
I've added rather important corrections to the original live.tex.
Please see the attached file and make diff in a manner you prefer against
the original live.tex from svn repository.
In short:
- removed all concerning windvi (replaced with dviout)
- added some notes about tlpgui also for Linux (please correct wording,
  as I wrote it in a hurry)
- gs 7.07 -> gs8.54
- added Toshio Oshima (for his dviout)
