I always wondered about that 8-bit Russian text.

    <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=iso-8859-5">

That makes the Russian come out right, but then a different (and much
uglier) font is used in my mozilla.  Can you tell me the correct sequence
to use for "Russian" in utf-8?  (As ascii hex, hopefully.)
