FYI, since it seems there was no objection, and even some support, I
renamed the top-level "readme" files into readme.LL.html, and changed
the top-level index.html which is the only place where they are linked
(as far as I know).  Thanks for the suggestion, Vladimir.

No change to texlive-ge and misc-ge directories, that would be too
troublesome at this point.  Maybe next year.
