Hello TUG members,
TUGboat 45:1 has been mailed and should be in most people's mailboxes
soon, for those getting physical issues. It is a big issue, 164 pages
with articles from introductory LaTeX tutorials to advanced TeXniques.
If you haven't received it yet, please give it another couple of weeks,
and then contact the TUG office (office at tug.org) for a replacement if
needed. The complete issue is available online to TUG members, as usual.

The TUG'24 meeting in Prague, July 19-21, is approaching. The conference
web site:
https://tug.org/tug2024/
Presentation proposals will be accepted until June 1, space permitting:
https://tug.org/tug2024/cfp.html
The conference will take place at the Hotel Grandior; only a few rooms
are available there, and they are relatively expensive. Although the
deadline for group hotel reservations has passed, two neighboring hotels
may still have rooms available at lower prices, as listed on the web site.
There will be a LaTeX developers' workshop on July 18; the topics will
generally be around tagged and accessible PDF, like last year. Please
submit your information and any requests for the workshop on the
registration form.

You can email tug2024 at tug.org for any and all questions and comments
regarding the conference.

Finally, for those in the North American northeast, the Ottawa Book Arts
Show will be held May 25 in the MacOdrum Library, Carleton University,
Ottawa, Canada. Many vendors and artists with all things book. They are
still accepting vendor requests (at no charge). This mailing list post
seems to be the most informative:
