should be
	20 2d 2d 66 6f 72 63 65 20 2d 2d

But you have
	20 2d 2d 66 6f 72 63 65 c2 a0 2d 2d
So you have
	c2a0
instead of
	20

c2a0 is "Unicode non-breaking space" or something, so this is NOT a
proper space you have in your editor. Probably changed by the editor or
by something else.
