Options for pairing Concrete Roman with a .ttf font

\usepackage{fontspec}
\setmainfont{Computer Modern Concrete}
\usepackage{lipsum}
\begin{document}
\lipsum[1-10]
\end{document}
The error here is in the font name, the Opentype Computer Modern
Concrete from the Computer Modern Unicode collection is CMU Concrete
\documentclass{article}
\usepackage{fontspec}
\setmainfont{CMU Concrete}
\usepackage{lipsum}
\begin{document}
\lipsum[1-10]
\end{document}
runs without error and pdffonts shows
