[texhax] Book class - blank page

Hello,

I am using book class in LaTeX to typeset my book.  Using the defaults, all
> the chapters begin on odd numbered pages.  That means when the previous
> chapter ends on an odd numbered page there will be a blank page before the
> new chapter begins.  This looks nice but means use of more paper.

Try \documentclass[openany]{book}.
