[tex4ht] [bug #559] Support for new cross-referencing commands

Follow-up Comment #1, bug #559 (project tex4ht):

I've already added support for the \ref* and \Ref commands. Now I should fix
\labelformat support for sections and copy TeX4ht code from hyperref.sty.
