[tex4ht] [bug #546] incorrect conversion of some Russian characters

Follow-up Comment #2, bug #546 (project tex4ht):

Dear Taichi,

thanks for the report. You are right, some characters in the font mapping
table for the font used in your document are wrong. I hopefully fixed that,
see the attached file wtcyr.htf. It fixes your example, I've also fixed few
other characters that were wrong. I am still not sure about character which is
on the position 61 in the font table produced by the following file

\documentclass{article}
\usepackage{fonttable}
\begin{document}
\fonttable{wnr12}
\end{document}

I don't know, if it is dotless i, small 1, or small l. In the font mapping, l
was used, and I left it as it is.

It this fixes your issues, I will update TeX4ht sources.
