Problem with TLShell Tex Live Manager

It will be useful to know which version of TeXLive you are using. Remember that a texlive version only lasts about 11 months and cannot be updated on windows.

Subject: Problem with TLShell Tex Live Manager

When I open TLShell Tex Live Manager, it shows "back end gone" and forces me to quit (as shown in the picture
). The update-tlmgr-latest.exe<https://mirror.ctan.org/systems/texlive/tlnet/update-tlmgr-latest.exe> does not work. How can I solve this problem?
