tl24pretest - tabularray/latex3

Hi,

looks like changes in tl24 (latex3 stack maybe?) break tabularray:

MNWE:
\documentclass{article}
\usepackage{tabularray}
\begin{document}
\end{document}

results in the following errors when compiling with texlive2024
latex/pdflatex/lualatex:
