sam2p broken (on windows)

My experience with sam2p is that it often does not work, but I did
find a graphic that sam2p could convert with TL2022 but not with
TL2023. So youmay be right.

An alternative is bmeps:

bmeps -c file.png file.eps

The -c option is necessary to get color output.
