tlp for luatexja not found

Dear list,

My apologies if this is not the right place to report this, but `tlmgr 
update` now returns an error message:

tlmgr: inconsistency on (one of) the server(s): 
https://mirror.mwt.me/ctan/systems/texlive/tlnet

tlmgr: tlp for package luatexja cannot be found, please report.

```

What should one usually do in this case? I note that the package was 
updated three days ago on CTAN.
