tlmgr and installation of binaries

Reading the man page of tlmgr, the output of tlmgr help, or the web
page, will give you
	tlmgr platform add x86_64-linuxmusl
for example. But for this you need to use the CTAN mirror (which you
probably do anyway since the installer by default switches the
installation source to CTAN).
