testidx package: some files in the wrong location on TeX Live

If a file can't be found relative to the current directory, kpsewhich is 
used to find it, so bib2gls can find them in any location that kpsewhich 
searches.

I've just uploaded a new version to CTAN, but I'll add a note in the 
help for the next version.
