missing l3pdf.sty

Dear list,

Compiling this simple file:

\usepackage{intopdf} % same result with any package supposed to load
                     % l3pdf.sty 

\begin{document}

\end{document}

gives me the following error message:

I am now running texlive pretest but I remember that I got the same
error a couple of days ago.

Where did l3pdf.sty go?
