Unfortunately, due to unforeseen messiness in the
tlnet vs. tlpretest vs. branch vs. trunk switching I've been working on
today, there won't be a tlnet update tonight. Tomorrow.

(The tlpretest repository is initialized but only a couple of binary sets
have been updated so far, so best to wait on that. I'll send a real
announcement about it tomorrow, if all goes ok.)
