[tex-live] Rubber and Tex Live Native

There are two ways:
- either rubber uses the tex that it finds in the PATH, then you have to  
  put the texlive/2011/bin/$ARCH directory at the top of your PATH so
  that it is found first by rubber
- or you can configure rubber in some way
