[tex-live] Update first

Not a big deal, but it would be nice if

tlmgr update --all

instead of asking first to update bin-texlive texlive.infra, run
two-stage update

BTW, out of two twin packages which popped up at CTAN (td-clock and
analog-clock) only one came to tonight update? Is it because
analog-clock requires some font installation?
