[tex-live] kpsewhich --format="web2c files" updmap.cfg doesn't work on windows.

Hi all,

I want to use the command:

kpsewhich --format="web2c files" updmap.cfg 

to locate the udpmap.cfg, but the above command doesn't work on windows xp.

Any hints would be appreciated.
