[tex-live] TL logs

    According to the file cdbuild/logs, the last update to the TeXLive
    repository (even that from the svn) has happened 2005-Nov-01.  Is this
    correct?  Hopefully, those log entries are continued...

I've finally rewritten and reenabled the script to update the TL log
files, now in Build/cdbuild/logs/svnlog.  (I decided to change the name
to avoid possible conflicts when rotating ...)
