[tex-k] epstopdf not usable in Git Bash for Windows

I did a quick test installing Git on windows and attempting a
conversion with epstopdf on Git Bash, and it just worked.
But the Git installer asked an awful lot of questions, one about
path conversion. I did not take note of all my answers, but you
might want to look into that.
