[tex-k] Erratum: MFbook pp. 257-261: incompatible and unnecessary groups

Hello everyone,

On page C257, the second line under `Boolean things:' (l. 13841-13843 in 
mfbook.tex) could be interpreted as allowing relations of different 
types, but this is not possible according to C170 and throws errors 
(e.g. `true<(1,2)' throws `! Not implemented: (boolean)<(pair).').

On page C260, in the third `line' below `Character and font 
administration:' (l. 14010-14011 in mfbook.tex) the commands `ligtable', 
..., `headerbyte' are unnecessarily grouped together.

On page C260, the line below `Statements:' (l. 14045-14050 in 
mfbook.tex) could be interpreted as allowing relations of different 
types, but this is not possible and throws errors (e.g. `numeric a; 
a=(1,2)' throws `! Equation cannot be performed (numeric=pair).').

On page C261, in the fifth `line' (l. 14067 in mfbook.tex) the commands 
`showdependencies' and `showstats' are unnecessarily grouped together, 
but other commands like showit, shipit, cullit, openit, clearit etc. are 
not grouped.
