[tex-k] Bug or feature?

    Should we care about the correct indentation in these 'cases'?
    And could it be considered a bug in WEAVE/CWEAVE/CTWILL?

I seem to recall that you (or someone) reported some similar issues in
this tuneup and Knuth declined to change anything. We will try to research.

The paper copies of reports and Knuth's comments should be going out
