[tex-k] Wrong correction in texbook

Hi all,

In the last edition of texbook.tex there was this correction:

-\oct{141}--\oct{146}, and \oct{160}--\oct{171} are present and that
+\oct{136}, \oct{141}--\oct{146}, and \oct{160}--\oct{171} are present and that

Formally, '136 is not necessary. Previous edition was correct.

Both
  '41-'46,   '60-'71
and
  '141-'146, '160-'171
code ranges are excluded from "add or subtract '100" rule.
This is why they must both be present.

Now, we may declare say '171 to have catcode 7.
Then we may input all 256 codes. The letter "y", for example,
is input as "yy9".

I would like to stress the difference between codes produced when
pressing a button on keyboard (the subject of this change) and
printable characters (\S49 of TeXbook).

So, I think this change is incorrect.
