Missing `#'
    Here the "#" stands for argument to WEB macro and is not part of
    METAFONT output. Other entries do not use # this way, so the entry
    should be merged with the actual outputs (Missing `,' & Missing `:').

[There are other problems in both indexes but I don't have time to find
them all. For example, the use of ellipses is somewhat inconsistent.]
