Hi all,

I think there is a problem with this equation:

    lft z21 = rt z20 + 1

    ! Not implemented: (pair)+(known numeric).

Maybe it would be more correct to use the following?

    lft z21 = rt z20 + (1,0)

(i.e., x-coordinate of point z20 is shifted right by 1 pixel)
