[tex-k] [WEB] Outdated 'webmac.tex' in TeX Live 2021!

That update was on branch2020.0.

Hence the older version of webmac.tex would be expected,
whereas the new version is on the trunk (r57963).

The remaining question is why you were seeing branch information before
you did the tlmgr reinstall. I can't guess ... -k
