[tex-k] [WEB] Outdated 'webmac.tex' in TeX Live 2021!

    I have just noticed that TeX Live 2021 still ships 'webmac.tex' 4.1, 
    which predates and deviates from 'webmac.tex' 4.2 from 
    https://ctan.org/tex-archive/systems/knuth/dist/lib; please check.

As far as I can tell TL is current.

$ \grep WEBMAC `kpsewhich webmac.tex`
\xdef\fmtversion{\fmtversion+WEBMAC4.2} % identifies current set of macros

$ diff ftp/tex-archive/systems/knuth/dist/lib/webmac.tex \
       texlive/trunk/Master/texmf-dist/tex/plain/knuth-lib/webmac.tex
