[tex-k] [WEB] 2021 redactions for 'webman.tex'

Dear all,
Attached is a small changefile against 'texk/web2c/doc/webman.tex' that
updates code excerpts in sections 55--59 of WEAVE.WEB after the 2021
code tuneup. It also fixes a small typo on page '206' of 'webman.dvi'.
If you're interested, you find updated 'Performance Statistics' (sans
cpu timings) on page '11' of 'webman.dvi' from recent runs of TANGLE
(4.6) and WEAVE (4.5) against themselves and against TEX.WEB (2021) in
https://github.com/ascherer/web/tree/update-webman ; these are /not/
included in the attached changes.
