[tex-k] typos in web2c manual

The web2c manual says

    Web2c also supports specifying the filename in double quotes ("some name")
    and in braces ({"some name"})

There is an extra pair of double quotes in the example for braces.

The manual also gives the title of Liang's thesis twice,
                         once as Word hy-phen-a-tion by com-puter
                     and once as Word hy-phen-a-tion by com-pu-ter
but the real title appears to be Word hy-phen-a-tion by com-put-er
according to tug.org/docs/liang.

Minor typos: lines 177, 3487, 4300 of web2c.texi lacks a closing parenthesis,
and line 131 has an extra one.
