[tldoc] The TeXLive Guide 2019 - Polish translation

Dear Collegue,


I have translated TeXLive guide to Polish language and I got  appropriate pdf file, but when I try to obtain html file (using htlatex command)   no pictures in html file. During compilation I got information
\RequirePackage[tex4ht]{hyperref}
\hyperlinkfileprefix{}

I have TeXLive 2018 installed. What  can I do?
