[tldoc] tl18 doc translation

Hi everybody,
My name is Zofia and I am new in TeXLive doc translators family. I will try to substitute Staszek, who suddenly passed away in February. 

Could you tell me where I can find current messages.pot file for TeXLive installer and TeXLive Manager?

And do I have to know something more? Do you have some tips for newcommers?
