[tldoc] final build sunday

I hope that Sunday night will be the final build.  I don't know of any
pending changes and hope there won't be any after tonight (except for
the Italian manual, about which I already wrote Marco).

I just removed mips-irix since Olaf doesn't think he'll be able to
complete the binaries in time.  This makes the manual slightly wrong,
but I am not inclined to bother updating it.  I can't believe anyone
will be troubled by the inconsistency.  The web pages will mention it,
anyway.
