I propose to call the program "TeX Live Manager" throughout the
documentation and only use the term "tlmgr" if the CLI is involved.
I made some changes along those lines. I do not want to go farther.
Also, thanks to Norbert, the screenshots are now updated in texlive-en.
Also made a few other improvements suggested by Nikola.
