Ah yes.  I had actually considered deleting those sections, but it is
still conceivable that someone (Siep :) could set up an installation
from a "live" hierarchy.

But, ok, I can agree that you're right, better to zap them.  Certainly I
have no objection.

Will update texlive-en.tex in a bit.
