    I seem to remember Karl said he would recompile everything with TL09
    before release... 

I did say that, but in the event, I didn't see a need to do so.  I think
all the PDF/HTML's are up to date wrt to the .tex's at this point.  In
any case, I don't plan any general recompilations of the doc.

When translators supplied pdf/html, I used your versions, and I built
the others from the sources (which all went ok).
