Uploaded `final' version of texlive-en. TeX source once more in 1
piece.

Staszek's comments have been processed.

Still missing: references to translated versions.

I tested some urls. I replaced the CTAN url to the one at Dante,
since it has a nicer interface. If somebody has a better url, feel
free to change it.

The auctex url pointed to an empty directory. Not fixed.

I am a bit unhappy about the prominence of the description of all
the trees. I think it is unnecessarily off-putting. But that is
something for next time.
