Hi Staszek,
I'm still not 100% sure about the Vietnamese translations. On my
machine there are a few Vietnamese glyphs missing from the font used
by Perl/Tk. On the other hand, there are several Vietnamese Linux
distributions and I hope the system fonts are set up better there.
On Windows I know at least that the M$ core fonts support
Vietnamese (VnTeX already provides tfm files for them).
I explained Ky Anh how to obtain the network installer and how to test
tlmgr. I'm looking forward to hear his opinion.

Jano intends to provide translations for ps-view, he promised it Piotr
at BT-2008. I'll ask him to contact you.
