[tldoc] [vvv@vsu.ru: suggestion on renaming the files in TL]

What do you all think?  It does seem to have a certain logic, and maybe
then browsers would have a better shot at displaying them properly?

I suggest to rename the files in the top-level Master tree:

mv readme.html readme.en.html
mv ctimne.html readme.cz.html
mv lisezmoi.html readme.fr.html
mv liesmich.html readme.de.html
mv czytajto.html readme.pl.html
mv russian.html readme.ru.html

and change accordingly index.html:

[...]

Do you think it makes sense to do?
