[tldoc] systems & translators

FYI, I had to make the following trivial change to the TL doc:
(1) remove alpha-osf and i386-solaris from the system list;
(2) update the names of the translators.

Current source at
http://tug.org/texlive/devsrc/Master/texmf-doc/source/english/texlive-en/live.tex
(and tex-live.sty)
