Problems to download packages

Dear support-team,

I encounter a problem when downloading packages from tug's ftp server. 
Every time after I successfully downloaded a package, I have the 
impression, that the server blocks me. Then, I have to wait several 
minutes, until I can perform the next download.

Could you help me out?
