[texhax] Page break problem

Hi all...

I'm attaching a tex file to be processed with simply `tex filename'.  Page
breaking between p.3 and p.4, and also between p.7 and p.8, leaves a lot of
blank space on pp.3 and 7 respectively.  My doubt is why TeX won't stretch
those pages, as it is so capable to do, instead of leaving that undesired
effect; and how to have it to do so.  I wish that text on pp.3 and 7 would
cover the whole page up to bottom...
